Return & Exchange Policy
Customer can exchange anything within 3 days after delivery only If delivered order is different from the picture ordered.
Customers can reach out to our customer support email (info@fabstore.pk) or drop us a WhatsApp message at our customer support number (+92-323-435-8121). In addition please keep the package in the same condition as received to make the return and exchange procedure smooth for both parties.
We put in our utmost effort to deliver the parcel in safe and sound condition . The packing of all our products itself is very safe and done by professionals and We are sending these items for years every single day all across Pakistan alhamdulillah(all bubble wrapped and thermopole casing) parcel boxes. However no courier company accepts damage claim, so we have to abide by their rules for delivery. Hence we don't offer damage refunds.
The replacement process will be completed within 7-30 working days of registering the complaint, depending on the nature of the complaint.
For exchange/refund the product has to be returned back in exactly same condition as received and We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please note that no complaints will be entertained after 3 days of order delivery.
